Parking is in the open driveway. Driveway can fit up to 3 cars in tandem. Street parking is also free at certain times on certain days (please pay attention to post on street). City traffic cop will give ticket if parked during no parking hours on specific side of street

No security deposit for short term. 
 
Security deposit is only for midterm to long term stays: 
A refundable $1800 security deposit is due on booking and held during stay. Deductions from deposit at end of stay may occur for any unreported, hidden, and/or obvious damage and/or any violations of the rental agreement that are not related to physical accidental damage. The security deposit (minus any deductions as stated) will be released to you within 14 days after your stay and after inspection is done within 1 wk from move out date. 
 
Security deposit is due on booking home as described above. Upon check out, there is nothing you need to do before or after your stay to have the deposit secured or released. 
 
We expect guests to report all damage when it happens so that we can fix the issue before our next guests arrive. 
 
OPTIONAL TRAVEL/RENTERS INSURANCE: 
As we always remind our guests, if you didn't already purchase travel or rental insurance, please consider purchasing it. 
We would not want you to lose out on your vacation/rental costs due to unforeseen circumstances. Make sure your policy covers the issues that concern you the most. You can purchase traveler's or renter’s insurance from many locations (a simple search for "travel insurance" “renter’s insurance” or "cancel for any reason travel/rent insurance" will give you more information).

Staircase within home is a bit short and steep so not friendly for infants and toddlers in general. Parental supervision is required at all times. 
 Owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that may occur while on the premises of its facilities. 

Smart lock access code will be provided to the guest couple days prior to check in date. 

I am not there physically given guests have access to the entire home but am available by phone. Guests are welcome to contact me anytime prior to and during their stay. 

Small but full kitchen with a variety of appliances, full fridge with freezer compartment, and stovetop with oven. 

Within 5min short walking distance to Genesee River and Genesee Riverway Trail

Staircase within home is a bit short and steep so not child friendly for 
very active young toddlers. Parental supervision required to minimize risk of falls. Preteens and teens are okay given they are generally aware of precautions and have not had a problem with staircase. Owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that may occur while on the premises of its facilities. 

No large gatherings nor loud parties allowed on premises out of respect to neighbors given the home is located in a quiet neighborhood

Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property including within home. A fine of up to $500 will be charged for remediation cost if evidence of smoking is found within the home.

Unfortunately, the home is not wheelchair accessible

50" Smart TV. If you have subscriptions, you may stream Disney+, Netflix, HBO max, Hulu, Amazon Prime, and Apple TV.
